COMMON THREAD
The life-circumstance that we are each gifted can often become a point of divisiveness—a schism driven by the perceptions of disruption to what we identify with or define as “normal.” But no matter our difference, no matter our past or where we are today, we all hold the same GIFT. . . that is if we choose to seek it. This gift, or common thread, binds us together in love and unity, marching toward the same goal and lifegiving light. This gift is freely offered to all that diligently seek.
“Seek and ye shall find.” We have come to this earth at our appointed time. We have been blessed with the gift of choice. For he that diligently seeketh shall find; and the mysteries of God shall be unfolded unto them, by the power of the Holy Ghost, as well in these times as in times of old, and as well in times of old as in times to come; wherefore, the course of the Lord is one eternal round.
The Church, being the kingdom of God on earth, has a mission to all nations. “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost”: All are a like unto God. We will find the Savior as we seek for light, holding fast to the iron rod, which is strong, bright and true--the word of God will safely guide us through. And as we partake of the fruit we will be filled with the joy, with the love of God.
